As you looking for "professional scuba troopa" I went off a little bit and get her more smart looking ones,
it does look far off from the original design though.

Fixed some clothing stuff and cleavage as requested.

As I focus on details in the strangest places, removed the fish in the background and added a comic looking control panel.
Try to make the background look more like a more villain base.

not sure if i like or dislike, but it is certainly better and more accurate than before! that much i can appreciate! still, the fact we HAD this concept art always makes me sad it was never implimented into the film. just imagine the movie scenes with henchgirls instead! then again, it wouldn't bne as well received if all the goons getting smacked around or slaughtered were female. particularly with this sexy design.

It's called Dragon in the Labyrinth or Labyrinth Dragon (迷宮のドラゴン). I do have the first volume, will try to scan it someday... has some epic and super weird sex scenes. :D
