First foray into using Spine, cooked up this little animation:

A zako that needs no intro to the OGs of this site. Not my first time doing 2d rig animation the older project served as a sort of prototype for this. Also, sorry slayer for the radio silence, I sort of lost interest in the previous project. Maybe even more so now that I've migrated into using Spine.

Initially wanted to do something more elaborate with extra animations etc. but figured out that would be way too difficult being a sort of new with Spine. Might develop this much later in the future.....big maybe on that one.

I know a lot of artists here use Gumroad to sell their content, so I’d heavily consider supporting them before Gumroad shuts them down, or encourage migrating (again ) to a different site.

For each of these potential targets, you can see their rank on their collar (which they basically never take off) - so we're dealing with some seriously senior Operatives here.

Due to certain operational restraints - we can only target one of these Operatives. But I'm sure a vote among us Interpol Agents will sort out who we want to be targeted as a priority.

Our assassination attempt will likely be dangerous. All three of these women are surrounded by minions (other Nightingale Operatives, lethal and sexy in their own right). So whoever we choose to target, we'll probably have to take them all out too. It could get messy.

Luckily we have one of our best assets in the field to help us. One Elsie Lam. And we know what she's like. So god help the dumb zako sluts who stand in her way.

Anyway, best of luck. Let's see who is selected by our vote.

I am working on a series of Nightingale zako stories - which will probably revolve around Special Agent Elsie Lam assaulting a zako base. I've already produced some of the pictures and concepts, and will probably post them here and on Pixiv as I progress.

I thought it might be fun to have a vote on who the "final boss" of the series will be - and the vote is live on Pixiv here: [R-18]Choose Our Target: Base Assault

So whoever you vote for will: (1) receive a immediate (and not undeserved) promotion to base commander, and (2) almost certainly end up dead (but you never know).

(I also wanted an excuse to show off the various outfit / concept designs I've shamelessly put together).

This is pretty devastating. All my favorite creators use gumroad. I don't really like subscription models so being able to just purchase videos I wanted when I wanted was a huge benefit. I hate how censored the internet is day by day. It's why I will probably never evolve my own content beyond a hobby. I don't want to deal with all this shit from Paypal, hosting services and platform and I feel bad for everyone who does.

Simple and highly expendable clone spearwomen. It's very easy to equip and train them, and only takes eight weeks from production to combat deployment. Due to their obident nature, they will stand on guard for hours without complaining or take any orders without questions even if it's suicidal. Some draw backs include low level of intelligence and high food consumption rate. All they know is eating, sleeping, pooping, and charging at their enemies with spears. Originally, they were developed as heavy troops for the Galactic Nazi Imperial Army. However, when one of the colony ships crash-landed on an unknown planet, many of its industrial capabilities were lost, making it impossible to produce firearms and heavy equipment. Some necessary adjustments were made, turning them into simple crude spear soldiers instead. They have excellent physical strength and endurance thanks to their strengthened muscle structure, making them almost invulnerable to blunt force attacks. However, due to lack of protective equipment, they are still vulnerable to attacks from sharp weapons such as arrows, knives, and swords. And because of their large bodies and pale skins, they are easily detected by enemies. Because of their slow moving speed, about half of the formation gets killed during the initial charge. It is best to employ them in a 6-7 lines deep formation. They're the most commonly encountered infantry type on the battlefield thanks to short production time low production cost.

Roles and Uses: Guarding borders, attacking in massive formations, conducting foot patrols, sacrifice themselves to strengthen priestesses' magical powers, and fertilize farmlands with excrements and/or plump corpses.

Average Height : 175 - 185 cm
Average Weight : 125 - 150 kg
Average Squatting : 200kg
Main Armament : Spear
Secondary Armament : Fists
Life expectancy : 50 - 60 years (ageless)
Combat life expectancy : 15 seconds

Pros: Fast production, low production cost, physical strength, obidient.
Cons: High upkeep, imbecile, slow moving speed, vulnerable to attacks from sharp and pointy weapons.

Better idea: all of them are arrested, marks are removed, memories are washed. And they are regular housewufes now.

These monsters are often surrounded by whole squadrons of disposable troops, which are defeated by the hero before he faces the main monster. It's true that female monsters and troops are rather rare in this genre. The illustrator you describe seems to have introduced a humorous departure from this usual pattern by showing a female hero defeating both the monster and its female troops. Another interesting feature of this genre is that the villains often melt as soon as they are defeated. It is also correct that Japanese comics are read from right to left, which is sometimes unusual for Western readers.
