It is probably the only anime where graphics where unquestionably significantly worse than the source manga. Scene with girls and rocket launchers there was also ways better.

I have to say I prefer the more Harley-Quinn-like designs in the anime, especially their subtle colored shading is great.

Remember the first episode of Gargoyles where mercenaries hunt Elisa Maza during the day while she tries to protect a petrified Goliath? I am pretty sure she killed all those soldiers the way she took them down, as they are never seen again. I think one of them was a woman in the cartoon, but this guy re-made the whole scene with all of them being ladies.
