Maybe the female soldier on left hand is from PC retrogame "Dark Judgement"?

Your conjecture makes sense. The left female solider really seems to be from Dark Judgement. I can't recall a second game having such "typical" looking of female minions.

Probably just like the right one, the artist made some modification to fit his own aesthetics.

I am wondering, how do you feel about these changes?

I think the only way to identify her true origin is asking the artist Bokuman himself about this commission :)
But if you ask me,she is definitely the same female soilder from Dark Judgement,and I really like these modifications.Making her more stylish than before.(I also like his new design for Denjin Makaii's Valkyrie.)
Besides,it almost impossible to find any fanart of Dark Judgement.So I feel I'm so lucky for finally getting it.

I took some pictures of some Zakos when playing SR3. You can do a lot of beatdowns and takedowns on different types of enemies. My favorite was the Morningstar girls and Decker Specialists.

anyway, here a couple of Zako pics: these are based in Warajiya sentries! -while inspired in that, these are rather bloodless. Later did a bloody version (but with other uniform) of the Zako bodypile -not sure if would interest people or not-
