Seriously, I figured that of all characters, Panty would be the obvious choice.
Anyways, I just wanted to politely suggest that someone make a Panty hair. She's damn sexy, and the results of my efforts were utter shit.
Actually, she has 2 forms, and both would be awesome to have. Just a suggestion.

I always kinda liked Stocking more since she's not nearly as big of a slut. The slut part of Panty always turned me away.

Unsuprisingly, the regular Panty looks utterly fucking terrible. Mainly because it just does not fit within the restrictions of the template, and well, it just doesn't fit in the style either.
I'm gonna work on a anime-styled one too though.
