Where is best to post a link, image or info about a movie or tv serial ?

For example, there is a scene in Relic Hunter where Claudia predents to hang herself with her tongue out.
Where it is best to post info, links etc. ?

A good place would be to start a new topic in the Visual Arts section. Link->https://www.undertow.club/forums/visual-art.14/
