I have std loader pack 5.45... is this the latest version or does anyone have one that has even more mods?

There are a few Loader packs based on Loader version 5.45. There's a specific pack named "sby_loader_pack_5_545".
No. The latest Loader version is 5.45d. There are newer bundles available. For example, sby's thread provides a download link for revision 8 of his Loader pack.
Loader packs are not meant to be exhaustive. Most bundles will seek to give users a sample of the various types of content available, or an upgrade of the core game in the form of a few useful mods which are fully intercompatible, or a sufficient technical baseline for the ideas and stories which the author wants to present (this last category applies mostly to dialogue bundles such as WeeWillie's).
A Loader pack will never give you the complete set of SDT mods, because the range of content is much too broad (and because some of the files are mutually incompatible). You're expected to search for characters and series you've enjoyed, look at examples or recommendations from other users, watch/follow your favorite artists, browse the most popular files, etc.
If you don't have time to do that, then you can grab a large bundle such as the 666 girls pack. Please be aware that this pack is somewhat old and it doesn't use the latest versions of the mods which is contains. If you download a new mod from Undertow then this pack will probably be able to load it. But if you run into difficulty then please update your core mods (such as animtools and dialogueActions) before you send any complaints to the authors of those mods. It's possible that they've already resolved the problem that's troubling you :)
