I would try a fresh extraction of the loader pack by @sby to see if the character codes and mods are still not loading properly,
if they are working properly then I would suspect you are either using an inferior version of the loader, or another mod (possibly outdated) you are attempting to load is breaking SDT.
if they are not working properly after troubleshooting them in the clean sby loader pack then I would say the solution may be as simple as the char codes having typos, and the mod files you have are old or you are trying to use them incorrectly.
Which codes and files are you referring to specifically?
