Skin codes? (1 Viewer)

Haven't been able to find any information on how to install a "skin code".
For reference this is the skin code i am trying to install (http://www.sdtmods.com/index.php?topic=2617.msg30200#msg30200) and in case it is necessary i already have the loader.
Any advice would be welcome.

To use a character code/skin code/whatever it's being called:
1) Copy the code to your clipboard. The code in question is

which you can put on your clipboard by clicking select and pressing Ctrl+C
2) Press I in-game to bring up the Modding tab of the menu.
3) Paste the code into the box under Custom Save Data (you'll have to use Ctrl+V).
4) Click the Load button under that box.

This loads the skin code, and should change the girl's appearance.
This won't load the hair, which must be loaded seperately from that same tab.
