i have looked around for a shaltear hair mod but cant seem to find one and i have no idea on how to even start to make my own so if someone can make one for me or point me in the direction of an existing one i would be thankfull for the help

I strongly suggest you look at the linked threads. They give guidance on the type of images modders need to make SDT mods.

The images you posted aren't particularly useful, and we MUCH prefer that you upload reference images to an image hosting site such as IMGUR and then linking via the INSERT IMAGE tab (rather than uploading here as attachments)
