I found this hair at this wonderful archive of SDT mods.

I like it a lot but also have a strong preference for dynamic hair. Therefore I wonder if somebody would be willing to make a dynamic hair using the attached svg.

To modders reading this: I've updated the request which was originally for a conversion from static to dynamic.
