Problem downloading a mod (1 Viewer)

I tried to download "moreCumSpurt 5.2", but all I get is a 7Z folder that I can't do anything with. What am I doing wrong?

that is a 7zip file extension, a very popular free file compression program.
also silly @stuntcock should be using the .zip format that is supported by operating systems natively

Download from this site and install before extracting the 7z file with it.
