どうして上半身だけきちんとなくならないのか疑問です。

This won't always work, there's additional unparsed data at the end of some newer pac files, have yet to look into what it might be.

If you are familiar with partcutdesc, this is not necessary, but for those who are not, I thought it would not solve the problem of the toes clipping off the boot

I think PartCutGen makes it really simple, if you transition your mods to utilize it, clipping/hole issues will be far fewer. Look at the "info to modders" part, you can share exclusions related to specific mods if you use sorting folders.

We succeeded in erasing the character's top and skirt, but the character still has some unidentified underwear.

I don't think this underwear is included in the texture file you told me.

I've been playing with Nude mods for a while, but the issue is Lahn "Sanguine Petal" outfit which appear to be incorrect outfit as you can see my screenshot that's not Petal outfit. I have no idea which file to edit.

Delete these eight files.

And no other texture could be found in m0025_impboss_ua_0004.dds except for the top.

I found that some characters can display nipple piercings when they are not wearing clothes, but they do not display when they are wearing certain garments.
What's more, the nipple piercings of the guardian is shown to be dislocated.
Are there any ways to solve them?

The piercings do not appear when wearing certain outfits is a manipulation by partcut. I think there is a wonderware cut in the upper body relation command. If you disable them, they will be displayed.
I forgot to mention about Guardian, but her breasts are larger than other characters by default, so they don't fit.

me stupid, found that its possible to fix simply by replacing Drakania model with Maegu model. Now its perfect =)
