I added this to the partcutdesc.xlm like the picture above, but there is a hole in the chest.
Is this not solved by changing partcutdesc.xlm?
Should there be an ao file?

The line you added has no effect.
I have pre-added lines so that the breasts are cut in this costume.
If you remove this line, Woosa's breast will appear.

As a side note, just because it is a breast does not necessarily mean it is an upper body.
The partcutdesc is an effect on the pac file.
In the case of this outfit, the bra is placed in the lower body pac.
It is not the upper body.

Why is that the case?
The nipples are modified to project. With a realistic woman, if she wears a bra, her nipples will not protrude out of the bra, but with a 3d model, they will.
This is because the breasts have been reduced to a more balanced size.
If the nipples are modified with the default breasts, they will naturally protrude from the bra.
If you have only one or two outfits, you don't have to worry about modifying the clothes, but if you have a lot of outfits, it is a pain to modify them.
So when I modify a nude body, I change the breasts.
I am not a modification company, so I can modify those outfits in my spare time.
But I am making Maegu now, so I am too busy to do it.
