The link you provided was for the most recent version of Hounds of the Blade. The password for that is "blade".

If I recall correctly, the author stopped working on NanoCrisis in April of 2011. As a result, the most recent version of NanoCrisis is from February 24, 2011. It is the first link found here: 犬Factory展示場

It looks like there's a bug fix from Frebruary 26, 2011 on the blog, found here: バグ修正. The password is "nano". Overwrite the NanoCrisi.exe file over the one found in the link previous link.

^ Those missions are blocked because the author never finished making the game. If I recall correctly, stage 3 and the medical center were the last things completed. As far as anyone knows, he has no intention of ever finishing Nanocrisis. (It has been over two years since he stopped working on it.) His current efforts are going into his new game, Hounds of the Blade.

If you're talking about NanoCrisis and if I remember correctly in the screen where you select your next mission press left or right, it will switch between different menus: Select Mission, Buy Weapon/Armor, and Save/Load.
