my comp wont open super deepthroat, Im dumb (1 Viewer)

Im not old, I just dont know much about computers. I dowloaded superdepthroat but I cant open the program.

This is what it says; windows can not open this file and it needs to know what program created it.

does anyone know what I could do. Thank you!
