Ryona:

Characters will bleed and form cuts and bruises on their body where they have been hit/slashed at.
Each character has at least two grapple moves, which feature some heavy beating.
The most serious and very extreme Ryona Gore content can be found in the finishing moves (see next section).
New to the MK franchise are the X-Ray moves, which become available when your super bar becomes entirely full. X-Ray moves feature bone breaking beatings that can be seen through the skin in an x-ray like vision.

Finishing moves:
MK 2011 finishers feature full fledged gore with many extremes.

Each character initially has 1 fatality. Alternative fatalities must be unlocked from the Krypt before the player is able to use them, although if a player knows and inputs the correct buttons for a non-unlocked fatality it will be performed normally. Also, some of the fatalities require buying DLC (Klassic fatalities for Scorpion, Sub-Zero and Reptile).
Most fatalities include dismemberment of sorts.
When characters are torn apart and dismembered, the models in the game feature detailed insides, most of which is biologically accurate
