looking for translators willing to take requests - what do? (1 Viewer)

Not exactly anime/manga, strictly, but I want to commission fansubs for the Sakura Wars stage shows. So does anyone know a guy who knows a guy, or perhaps is the guy, willing to take commission requests? Translators who take requests seem to be in short supply these days, and I have no idea where to begin looking. It doesn't even need to be for actual subs; I'm willing to try to figure out the timing and encoding myself if I can get a script to work with.
