Kept the reference layers on this one. Anyone editing this should adjust the edges so they don't line up with the body since diapers are bulky by nature. Expect some trial-and-error.

So the deal to use vonhizzle's mod was to make a name for it in sby's moreclothes mod. Just make sure to categorize it as CostumePanties instead of CostumeBottoms. Idk if an RGB filter could be added to it and i'm not sure how.
