How to use Character Folders to load a "set" of Moreclothing mods? (1 Viewer)

So I've always read on this forum that many users use character folders to load a "set" of mods to load a character. By doing this it alleviates the number of mods that are loaded through moreclothing on startup. How do you go about this or is there a tutorial that I've overlooked?
