How do i open loader.swf (fixed) (1 Viewer)

Hi i have downloaded modguys loader and know how to use it for the most part and even put in a few mods but i cant seem to open loader swf. I have converted it to exe and all i get is a blank screen and when i try to open the swf version my pc cant read it. Before you say anything the loader.swf is the one that opens modguys version of SDT right? and the other version is independent from modguys ( the original one i downloaded from Konashions blog). Please help im pretty confused and cant seem to find help about this anywhere else.

Open it in the same way you open SDT.
They're both SWF files.

When i do open the swf all i see is a little white square in the top left corner with some colors. Do i need some kind of program?
