Help with using Backgrounds and positions (1 Viewer)

I am fairly new to all of this so terminology may be difficult for me. Can someone walk me through getting the backgrounds to work. I can load the swf files to edit hair and clothing but i cant figure out the background and positions.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

If the background you have is an image file like jpg or png
Open the Modding tab
On the left side, click the Background... button
Select the image file you want to use

If the background you have is a flash swf file
Open the Modding tab
On the left side, click the Swf mod... button
Select the swf file you want to use

All the backgrounds i have are .txt files
I downloaded the FLEAK pack and the paris pack and tried those and cant figure it out.

Sorry maybe i should have said positions as well. All are txt files.

.txt files are not backgrounds, can you link the packs you downloaded.

There are two quick ways to load a position:
1) By default pressing the F2 key will open a file select window.
2) Go to the Loader tab, click the left or right arrows in the lower right corner to change the menu to Animtools. Then click the Load button to open a file select window.

Navigate to your position .txt file and either double click it or click once then click open.
