These are Madison's "death endings" from the Taxidermist DLC. The voiceover can get pretty annoying, but the action is pretty nice.

There really are a lot of fun ways to bite the dust in that DLC. Each room has a different death animation. A splendid job by Quantic Dream, I must say!

Really, really loved Heavy Rain. Worth every penny.
