Fully ude models already exist for both Madison Paige and Ethan Mars. There were even hacks allowing to play with nude models even on PS3.
Modders should just extract them from the files.
Shower and sex scenes were supposed to show characters in full frontal before a last moment decision to direct the camera and not show them.

Funny how a game that could be hacked and tweaked on consoles to play with nude models but when released on PC for more than a year now.
