FLA. to SWF. (1 Viewer)

I know that if you have Adobe Animation you can convert FLAs into SWF., but is there an alternative? Since Adobe CC is working for me as intended, in other words it won't install anything no matter what i do. I googled around and didn't find anything close to what i want, any suggestions?
