Just a request/revision here. Since you seem to be an active artist here. Could you possible re size some of the older FF Girls so they can be correctly imported in the current game?

Some of their hairs are cut off or just simply wont load for me Or if they do load, I get weird effects and my Ifranview crashes when ti runs the game with the hairs. Ive included the links of the ones I need. Many thanks if you or anyone else can do this. Just a re size to the current template size. I think its 1200x1600 now. Ive included the links below to the Booru:

Those look fine to me, 1200x1200, which is a fine size.

I messed up. I didnt even notice the hair was drawn that way. Cut off at right angles. Still, I went back and rechecked them. I found that the Rydia is indeed cutoff by the game itself. Take a look:

So what is the official template size now? I know it changed when the zoom feature came out. Ive seen hairs at 1200*2400, 1200*1600 and 1200*1200. Which the correct size to use?

And how would one go about resizing them and what program to use? Just use the Rydia one for an example. Want to know how to do this myself instead of begging others to update outdated hair templates.

There is no real official one anymore... just use the 1200x2400 I suppose. Use GIMP or Photoshop. Something that exports PNG with transparency.

You take the template, this hair, and you cut the hair into 3-4 sections (3 of the 4 sections are important, that's why I say 3-4) and place each section over their respective SD_Chan head on the template you are going to use.

Pardon the ignorance, but for Quistis do you think it'd be viable to add on your own version of her glasses (since the standard template one just has the lens float without a proper framework going back over the ear?) Or would that not work due to animations and such. Figure a custom done glasses for her (not as a new glass option, requiring a mod, just as part of the hair) would look better than the template for Quistis.
