There are a few mods which will allow you to create fake-looking breasts (e.g. torpedo-shaped or balloon-shaped) by stretching them in various directions. You can also leave the proportions intact but increase the overall size of breasts until they're absurdly enormous. These mods generally require the Loader. sby's superbreast mod is one example.jkjustin said:

For example: let's say that you're looking for a "comic book" style breast (e.g. fully convex, minimal inframammary fold, very large but not sagging). You could use the SDT breast slider to choose a "small and perky" breast, and then apply a mod to enlarge it by 75%.
There are also several mods which redraw the breasts entirely (instead of merely reshaping the vanilla artwork). You can find examples here and here. Note that these mods tend to make the breasts appear more natural (because the modders felt that the vanilla SDT breasts were too fake).
Please be aware that costume designers do not usually test their work against breast mods; your character's new breasts may clip through her clothing.
If you're happy with the appearance of the breasts but you find the jiggle physics to be too soft/natural, then you can open up your settings.txt file and increase the breastFirmness value. Unlike the breast-shape changes, firmness edits should not cause any conflicts with clothing.
If you're looking for something completely different under the heading of "fake breasts" (e.g. prosthetic breastfeeding devices) then you'll need to say so.

If you had actually provided a bunch of side-view reference images of fake breasts and asked someone to add them to the game, then it would be a valid Request :P
