I'm pretty sure that DynamicGF had an intro at some point. She says something along the lines of "I've been waiting for this, I'll do my best, please respect my feelings." I didn't play SDT for a long time and when I got back, I noticed that the DynamicGF version number was a lot higher and that the narrator was exchanged with male dialogue. The intro fit the theme of the GF having moods, and becoming angry if roughed.
Both DynamicGF and SDT2031 were posted around the time I played SDT for the first time. I played both but didn't do much with 2031 so I don't think I'd recognise anything from it.
