You've provided no usable reference images. This is important, because we don't simply need to know what the character looks like -- we need to know how he should be positioned. If we put a penis between his legs and scale the character so that the penis matches up with the mouth of a kneeling partner, then his arms would be offscreen (far too high to participate in gameplay). The simplest solution would be to curl or contort his body so that his legs and arms will coincide roughly with those of the standard HIM model. That's why a reference image is useful - it proves that the basic idea is feasible, and saves the modder some time/effort.
If you
can't actually find such an image (e.g. because the character can't plausibly bend in that way, or because it forces him to lean at an off-balance angle) then that's a pretty good sign that the Request is unreasonable. In which case you should just abandon the idea and move onto something more promising.
There's also the question of
"what kind of dick should be attached to a chimera creature?" but I'll leave that one to the philosophers.
