Today Death Stranding is finally released on PC and this can work like a charm for nude models since the game is already filled with them and won't need a lot of work to enable and control in the game:

Sam is seen many times nude in the game:

Fragile when in tank top and panty:

or showering:

Mama and a NPC in hot springs:

I hope they won't take long to be fully activated and enjoy the game in the way it was intended (without the forced censorship from cameras).
