Lol. No surprise that it's from Patricia Hernandez. She seems to be the go to person at Kotaku when it comes to nude mods. I've seen her report on mods from Sims 4 and Dragon Age Inquisition also.

So I've been testing out the mods on different version of uMod. Looks like r51 is the best bet at least for me. Mods work with little to no slow down. 60fps all throughout with maybe a few stutters on more complicated stages (Fuel) r53 works, but the entire game drops to like 20fps, maybe even lower in match.

R51 seems to work better for me too. I'm still able to get around 60fps with r53 but i would get stutters that were annoying.

Sorry I've been quiet and that I'm "late to the party" commenting on this, but I have been dealing with a few RL issues and trying my hand at making a couple nudemods (mainly inspired by a few people here).
But congratulations on the feature Virgil! and don't worry about Team Ninja's old habits of suing, they did early on but they found it costly regardless of if they won or lost and they gave up, they have not sued any xbox modder of DOA 4 or 5 yet.

I don't know if this is common knowledge or not, so I wanted to post this here. This is from the member ChrisArmoun from the FSD site's DOALR Texture mod thread. Might help for anyone with transparency issues

I think I have solved the transparency issue! It dawned on me this morning that PNG files only carry data from the actual imagery and there is no natural white fill in. Decided to remove the image data on Phase-4's C2 with hood as an experiment and voila. The hood is gone

In photoshop the png may open as a background layer. Right click on it and choose "Layer from background". This means there is no longer an actual background for data. You'll notice that once you start erasing there will no longer be white fill in but instead you'll see the grey and white checkerboard pattern

i dont know if this is the right place to ask for solutions, but i am kinda new here and i hope you dont mind that i post my problem here. i can use the nude-models of marie rose and mimiji at the same time without any problems with the umod v2.0 alpha (r53), but as soon as i add ayane`s mod in the umod, the game crashes and there seems to be no way to get it to work. so my question is: do you know a way to work around this problem? because i dont want to switch the umod-version everytime i want to play as ayane :(

Use uMod v2 r51, it ok for me to add alot of mod :)
