Is there a way to have a Counter.swf for a custom variable? Like what is seen in WeeWillie WeeWillie 's Slave Bazaar, the gold and such counters that displays custom stats.

Why yes, Dr. zombie’s MoreTriggers has a configurable progress bar that might be just what you need.
