Custom characters keep getting deleted (1 Viewer)

I'm using flash to play the game and I set the local to unlimted storage. But sometime it resets to none and all my customs get deleted. I backed them up though but it's annoying having to deal with this. Could this be a bug? Or something else? Please help.
