When you acquire Loader mods, they'll often be accompanied by a TXT file which includes the word "settings". You're supposed to put this file into your
%Main SDT Folder%\Settings subfolder. If you keep the file side-by-side with the actual SWF mod file, then it
won't work correctly. Hence the red error messages that you're seeing during startup.
You can clean up these errors by finding the various settings files in your %INIT% folder and moving them to the Settings subfolder. But it would probably be easier to start over with a fresh copy of
sby's Loader Pack instead. Doing so will give you a properly-organized set of mods and settings files, and it will sidestep the transparent-face problem.
You're also running old versions of
animtools (sby's pack contains version 15) and
moreclothing. It isn't absolutely necessary to use the latest versions, but it's easier for mod authors to support their work if everyone keeps up to date.
For future reference:
if the game is showing you a red error message at any time, then that's not normal. If a red error message appears during startup, then there's something significantly wrong with the game -- such as a compatibility error or missing file. You're supposed to fix those issues so that the messages stop appearing. If you can't fix it solo, then ask for help. If you see a red error message, then please mention it
before asking for assistance with other issues (e.g.
"the girl's face is partially transparent" or
"the girl isn't swallowing correctly"). If you
don't do this, then people will waste time with ineffective troubleshooting. For example, we might ask you to tweak some values in your settings file ... but the root problem is that
the settings file is in wrong place and therefore
the game can't even find it.
If you want specific assistance with this issue (i.e. you don't want to just start over with a new Loader pack), then you'll need to provide specific information about it. Any one of your SWF files might be misbehaving; we can't assess the problem unless you tell us which ones you're running (e.g. by sharing the contents of your
Mods\$INIT$\Mods.txt file).
As mentioned above, you'll need to fix your settings files before we proceed. The settings cleanup alone
might be sufficient to resolve the problem.
