3ds max is best

Match with the version of collada extracted by pactool.

Pactool 1.3.1 - using hex editor to check version - Collada 1.4.0

I only found 1.4.1 collada plugin - partial success
Ranger body loaded with skin weights

However Guardian PGW_nude_0001 does not load :/

Suspicion : Guardian bones .pab is not supported. How did Suzu open Guardian ?

While inspecting your partcutdesc i noticed small error:

partcutdesc(2020.3.1) - is "?->" should be "-->" , two times . Users should be able to correct it.

I have not extracted with pactool. However, use pactool for import.

When extracting, I use open BD (UndercoverPervert).
Extract with collada1.4.1.
