I'm willing to get better references from the anime to help out but only if there is a artist who would like to make the hair imports for Freezing.

The teacher's name is Elize Schmitz. Her friend is Kim Yumi.

I really doubt that there are that much usefull references in the anime - it has an annoying tendency to do extreme closeups whenever a otherwise usefull side-shot is shown, effectively cutting off all above the eyebrows and below the chin.
Tell you what, I got some free time, I'll check the episodes myself in case I missed some good shot.
Maybe that way we can tempt an artist into creating an hair import... ;)
