If you want nude CG, just play the adult version. No mods needed.

There is no adult version for those two games. The very first game back in 2002 was an adult game released on PC, but all subsequent games are not. Only the first version of the first game was an adult game, also has a different art style to all of the rest. After the re-release on console it was basically an different game with the same plot.
