Don't say you don't care because while artists are willing to fill requests, they are hesitant to fill "I don't care" requests becuase the requester might come back and say something like "The static hair is nice, but I really wanted dynamic".

Not a problem in this case; UndeadLick mentioned that he wanted a PNG file. PNG stuff in SDT is always static.

I skipped through a few of the early episodes, trying to find a more detailed reference shot which shows the right side instead of the left. But I found that Uraraka's hair is actually animated fairly well. The hair strands are often rearranged due to posture or wind or movement -- even gestures as subtle as nodding. After a few minutes I couldn't find a good static side view and I was getting increasingly interested in creating a dynamic version, so I had to stop :)

If someone else wants to watch the series and post a few high-resolution screenshots then please feel free to do so. Otherwise we can just leave the thread as-is until someone offers to create a PNG hair import.
