I'm looking for a mod that resizes only the upper half of the body or the bottom half in order to make the the legs seem largeror the waist look shorter. Thicker Legs only increases the width and I'm looking for one that changes the overall size if possible.

Yeah I guessed it would be difficult. I think the idea is the original model has short legs. Thicker legs tries to address this but only addresses the width.

Making the legs longer even if the width is unchanged would also be ok.
