Yes, but you have to save the character while in the loader, which isn't recommended (at least I am not recommending it) because sometimes the mods you put on doesn't quite work well. Make the character in SDT then put the penis size to your perfered amount in the loader, save, and there you have it! ;D

hmm, if people don't mind having an extra text file around could add a special named file in penisrange to add to character folders to choose size
