Penis Completely Disappeared (1 Viewer)

Somehow, at some point, some sort of dialogue make his penis vanish, and no amount of reinstalling, load order altering, or any other attempt at fixing it has resolved the issue. It's still an "entity," as she still sucks and whatnot, but it's an invisible part. I'm at a loss.

Try a dialog that explicitly shows the penis at some point.
