load up Umod then load up Onigiri and at character select Alt+Tab out to desktop drop the texmods into Umod and click on the texmod and hit reload and then Alt+Tab back in to Onigiri and the textures should be loaded if not load into the game world and then should be loaded give that a try ^_^ i find it to be most easyest way around for launcher based mmo's even for like Diablo 3 RoS
