I've tried that but it only works once and does not work again. Causes the launcher to crash. Some of the classess have missing textures or are bugged too, so I'd rather just install individual mods like the witch one here.

did u paint in substance/PS with many skin samples or baked from some kind of Daz3D mesh?

Yes, I did it manually in Photoshop using UV mapping, using some textures from the daz3d library as a basis, as well as real photographs.
