And here is a rar of my entire SDT folder, 90% of it will run out-of-the-box. Run loader.swf for loader, or SDT_1_21_1b.swf for vanilla. I just spent a ton of time importing ponies. If the characters dont show up, theres a backup of the characters file (CustomChars.sdt) you can load :D
ignore the mlp/ folder, its mostly redundant; for simplicity i put everything in BGs/, hair/, and mods/

And I cant figure how to get the default folders to save so you will have to add them every time you open the swf, but thats not hard to do. select a scene, it errors, you add bgs\ and hairs\ to default folders, close the scene popup and try again.
