Hello there!

I run a small adult game studio with a few other people. We specialize in adult games and various other adult products. One of our clients wants to open his own portal site full of mini games that would encourage users to upgrade to premium accounts, unlocking more, sexier games and additional features. My team only consists of a handful of people so we need to outsource in order to fill up the site faster.

We would be promoting these games on adult 18+ sites, so they will need to fit that feel. To show you some examples of what we are hoping to get. Anything that will fit our adult entertainment feel.

Anything that is dirty enough to get the player their "happy ending".

We are hoping to find pre-made games that we can use, but I understand that not everyone has adult games just sitting in a warehouse so our client is willing to pay for development of a new game!

If you or someone else you know is interested in making games and money, then please post to here or shoot me a message so we can fill up this site!

I haven't actually played any of the sample games (not willing to fork over credit card details), so this is all just assumption based on the previews. Would it be fair to say that there's a focus on immediate gratification? As in: the client is looking for "interactive sex animation" games rather than "70-hour JPRG in which you get to fuck the princess after defeating the final boss"?

Is your client looking to acquire exclusive distribution rights for the game, or acquire the actual IP? If a game has been previously released in some form (e.g. demo, Patreon sneak-peek, etc), then would it be ineligible for this offer?

Would the developer need to include special DRM or obfuscation measures in order to deter people from ripping the exclusive games and rehosting them elsewhere (or just pirating them)?

our client is willing to pay for development of a new game!
What are the basic terms here? Cash on delivery of a completed product? Advance funding for development? Freelance/spec development with client holding first-refusal rights?

What's the approximate timeline?

Do the games need to include SFX and voicework?

Would the games need to conform to the basic third-person 3DCG style of the DollWareHouseGames samples (to maintain a consistent visual theme and appeal to a standard target/demographic)? Or is the client looking to branch out to different styles and genres (e.g. first-person POV 3DCG scenes, anime-style 2d, sprite sex, etc)? Also - is there a preference for heterosexual material, or would the client also accept solo/lesbian/transgender/alien/animal/machine/tentacle stuff?

100% immediate gratification. He wants a lot of these, so creating 70+ hour of game play is not something he wants to do right now. Later down the road, he wants games like this, but to fill the site with content, quick games.

It doesn't have to be exclusive, just as long as the traffic is kept with in his site. He isn't looking at promoting another sites "JOIN US!!!" thing. He wants to keep as much of the joins directed at his own sites.

It would be freelanced. One team that we work with came up with an estimated cost, requested 30% deposit and then submitted invoice over the course of the project. When the final payment was made, the game was "released" with all source files. As far as deadlines goes, there isn't anything strict like "you have 1 month to complete project". Its more like we go over basis of the game back and forth a few times, then we come up with a time frame, and after the that is approved we get to work.

SFX and voice work depending on the game. We have a lot of moans and sex sounds that we used in some of our movies so those can be reused, but sounds always make any game better.

He loves the 3DCG part like the doll house, but at this point he is willing to branch out just to fill the site. The main niches he is focused on right now is straight, solo, or lesbian. If these take off, then he would expand.

Hope these clear up some of the questions :)
