The film to be shot does not represent a female zako or contain sexually explicit content. It is a martial arts film that takes its reference from the action/combat style of John Wick.
We have also already reached an agreement with the two actresses playing the villains regarding the roles they will be filming.
Furthermore, both of them are fight stunt actors who are properly studying martial arts.

I think what Mysticpriate said is not the intention of the shoot, but the intention of shooting it and posting it on a fetish forum, which in most cultures would see those as porn.

You can shoot a Hollywood-budget mainstream action film flix, but if your sole intention is to put it on a fetish forum like ours, then you are engaging in pornography, regardless of your budget and your shooting genre or intention; it would have been the same if the producer of John Wick shot it solely to release it on Pornhub, it would become porn and not an action movie in the eyes of the actors involved, even there were no nudity involve. The actor may not like the fact that their movie is being released in a fetish forum.

I don't think the work changes classification based on the platform it's on, I think it's down to the intent of the creator. If Return of the Jedi was on Motherless, it wouldn't be porn.

Cool. Would you mind telling these actresses that you're sharing this film on (if you want to soft-peddle it) "bad girl" fetish board?

If you do, you can get their permission and there's no issue.

If you don't............

Hi,
Here is my new suggestion—a video focused on chokes, yet the sparring itself is gentle and fun. I invite you to watch it. Best regards.

It actually is; again, I am not talking about something being put into a fetish platform post-work (like someone clips someone's work and puts it on Motherless or so on). I am talking about your intention of the shoot. If George Lucas intended to shoot Return of the Jedi with the intention to put it on Pornhub, that will become porn regardless of whether any sexual element is in it. Because the location of the release, not the movie itself, is the contention here. Of course Return of the Jedi is not porn, but porn is a specific avenue; whether or not something can be classified as porn (either by MPAA in the US or Ofcom in the UK or whatever organisation classifies film) is not the matter here

I am talking about actor/actress releases; you need one with the actors you are using (because if you have not, that would be a bigger problem, because they hold the IP rights, not you), which have to be very specific. If you intend to release it on a platform like this, whether or not they are classified as porn, you need to have their consent; otherwise, you can't release it in a fetish/porn forum. That is just asking for a lawsuit

If you had a daughter or a sister you probably would not be ok with someone soliciting them to act in a video while also advertising that upcoming video on fetish forums

IP Rights depend on the country it was shot. If for example I make a film in certain countries in South-East Asia, the IP rights belong the production company and the social media manager of the company can post it wherever the hell he/she wants including any porn website. (There is no need to make it clear to the actors, if the actor has any objection to where it will be posted, they should not have accepted the role in the first place). The impt law is it should NOT be visually altered in any way from what was originally shot

The IP rights of the completed products ALWAYS belong to the production company; if I shoot a film, those intellectual properties belong to me. However, that only if the actor signs away the right to publicity (or Personality rights), saying that I can use their likeness and image otherwise, I do not have anything to IP with since I don't have the right to publicize anything if the actor does not agree. That's why a release form is very important in movie/photography production.

This is not just dependent on the country; even in a country as loose as China (where IP rights are extremely loose), I cannot use a Chinese celebrity's face or image unless they agree and release it to me. The only difference between IL (image and likeness) or Publicity law is the level of execution. In countries like China or most countries in Southeast Asia, you only need to have the release form, and they are for general use; in America, a release form only gives you specific use (for example, if I have a release form that only allows me to screen it on a specific platform, then only that platform is covered) in stricter country like Australia, release form don't actually release the IL to you, they act as a permission and can be rescinded at any time.

By the way, I myself am from Hong Kong, and I have a law degree from HKU.

The law that governs image and likeness in Hong Kong is 《 個人資料(私隱)條例》 (Cap. 486). You can have a read if you want.......

Also, you can't just shoot anything and then put them in a porn site without prior authorisation from the actor; again, that's a good way to get a lawsuit........... That's criminally illegal in most jurisdictions that outlaw revenge porn......

This is actually worse than that.

It's like I told your sister or daughter that I am shooting a movie, but I didn't tell them that they are going to be featured in a fetish forum..........that's kind of like a deception

This is not something to mess with, and there would be legal consequences....

Whoa....Yeah the fuck it is. Did you let them know that a bunch of creepy men like myself are (or at least were because not anymore for me) going to be J-ing off to it? Because I feel that's very important information for them to know. There are tons of women who are more than willing to engage in this type of content. There's no reason to decieve anyone into doing it
