I can't Load/Use Animtool (1 Viewer)

Hello, I'm new to this "game" and I wanted to use Animtool, but I don't understand how to load Animtool in the Loader, So if anyone could help me, I'll appreciate x)
I know that on the old web site, there was a vidéo to explain , but i can't find it because the old web site closed, so if anyone have the link to this video it would be great !
