I downloaded the picture and uploaded it in the modding tab and nothing happened.
You're probably trying to run the game in a
web browser (such as Google Chrome) which prevents Flash apps from messing around with local files (for security reasons).
The general solution is to download and use the
Flash Player Projector instead of your web browser.
The recommended solution is to grab a Loader Pack, such as the one prepared by
sby. Most Loader packs include a copy of the Flash Player tool, as well as several pre-installed mods. Hence, you'll be able to skip over some of the initial "learning curve" of SDT modding and begin playing around with some advanced features (such as alternate sexual positions) right away.
