How to enable custom dialog. (1 Viewer)

Hello, I am new to SDT and this forum. This may not be the right board to ask for help on this issue but I cannot figure out how to add the custom dialog. I know how noobish this may sound but I have known about this game for not even 24 hours. In the mods tab I did find something that adds dialog and sounds but it looks like I would need to import each sound individually so obviously I was doing it wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
