How do I open menu for Nike shoes with hue shift? (1 Viewer)

First, thanks for reading if you are looking to try and answer. Appreciate the help. Anyway, I got the Nike shoes (and Roller Skates, etc) that let you change colors. But I can't figure out how to open the menu. Do I need the "all clickable" mod I read about? I don't have access to get it I think. Thanks in advance for any help.

The color of color changeable mods is changed in the middle section of the scene tab. Scroll down until you see the name of the mod and then change the color via the little colored box to the right from it.
